Familie, Nicht-Monogamie und Queer- und Trans-Existenz. Reproduktive Gerechtigkeit als Widerstand gegen Kapital und Staat

In diesem Artikel geht es darum, das Konzept der „reproduktiven Gerechtigkeit“ zu untersuchen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf den Betreuungsbeziehungen liegt, die dies ermöglichen. Das Argument, das wir präsentieren, ist vierfach. Zunächst skizzieren wir die Grundlagen des RJ-Rahmens, wobei wir den Schwerpunkt auf umfassendere Kontrollsysteme legen. Dann untersuchen wir die Geschichte der Familienform, indem wir einen kurzen Kommentar dazu abgeben, wie eine Reihe von wirtschaftlich-politischen Vektoren ihre Konstitution im modernen Europa beeinflusst haben. Später argumentieren wir, dass die Familienform durch den Begriff des monogamen Systems besser verstanden werden kann, indem wir ihre Beziehung zur kapitalistischen sozialen Normalität aufzeigen, so dass Praktiken, die sie in Frage stellen, das bilden, was wir eine immanente Kritik der kapitalistischen Produktionsweise nennen. Schließlich heben wir den Raum hervor, den Trans-Gemeinschaften beim Aufbau dieser immanenten Kritik schaffen.
